Do I need Datadog experience?
Yes, Datadog is essential. For the graduate role, we expect foundational knowledge and a strong willingness to learn quickly. For the SRE role, you should be hands-on in Datadog day-to-day (monitors, dashboards, logs/APM, incident workflows).
Is this role remote?
We work across Cardiff, London, and Dublin and aim to be pragmatic about where you’re most effective. The specific working pattern is discussed per role and customer needs.
